The workshop, in which the importance and meaning of the market in Islamic economics will be discussed, is expected to host experts from different universities around the world.
In the first workshop that was held on March 2-3, 2013 with the title “Basic Concepts and Thoughts”, studies on Islamic economics were evaluated and ideas about how the area of “Islamic economics” should be framed were debated. In this workshop, it was also specified that in order for “Islamic Economics” to become a worldwide economic system, studies and theories about micro and macroeconomics needed to be produced.
